Can I place my team order directly through Cascade Maverik?
All team orders must be placed through an authorized dealer of Cascade Maverik goods. Utilize our "Find a Dealer" app to find the right dealer for your team.
Why should I create an account?
By creating an account you will be able to save your progress as you decide between different custom product categories, models and colors. Once completed, you will also be able to seamlessly share your custom design with any of our authorized Cascade Maverik dealers using our "Get Quote" tool.
What is my PIN?
Your PIN # is a unique code associated with every custom design created in our Team Builder platform. This code allows you to share a custom design with an authorized Cascade Maverik dealer outside of our "Get Quote" tool. By communicating your design's unique PIN # to any of our authorized team dealers, your preffered team dealer will be able to view every aspect of the design you created.
What is the turnaround time for my custom order?
Custom Helmet turnaround time can vary between 48-72 hours in production, plus shipping
Custom Gloves and Arm Protection have a rolling 90 day turnaround time from date of submission by preferred team dealer
Custom Women's Complete Sticks and Shafts have a rolling 90 day turnaround time from date of submission by preferred team dealer

Is there a minimum order quantity?
All orders of custom Maverik protective (gloves, arm protection) require an MOQ of 12 units.
All orders of custom Maverik women's complete sticks or shafts require an MOQ of 16 units.
